Easy Way To Get Gamer Points
First, create a team and set the team type to "fantasy" so you can draft players. During the draft, draft the worst players for each position and fill up your team with them (make sure you draft slow defensive players, especially in the secondary). Next, play a game with a good team and play against your created team. It will probably take more then one game to get all of them.

Personal Player
Go to create a player, not superstar. Put down all the info and stuff you want but be sure to make him a rookie or you won't be able to do this. When you get to the attributes, press on create costume. Once you've done that go to superstar and press play as rookie and the guy you made should be there.
