Fredricksburg: Secret Document
At the very beginning of the level before you cross the bridge, take a left when you get to where the piles of sandbags are. Turn left, then go all the way to the fence. There should be a dead Union soldier there. Right next to him should be the secret document.

Petersburg: Secret Document
Before you go to get the explosives by the big city hall thing or whatever (the building with the Gatling gun up the stairs), in that same area is the secret document. Take a left instead of a right to get the explosives. There should be a dead Union soldier. The screen will say "Secret area found" and the document is right next to the body.

Cold Harbor: Secret Document
After you cross the river, go behind the wooden house. The screen should say "Secret area found" and a dead Union soldier should be lying there dead. The document is right next to him.

Chickamauga: Secret Document
Chinkamauga's secret document is right after you blow up the barrels in the wagon (the one you take the rock away from). Go all the way to the fence straight across from you when you enter that area. The wagon next to you is propping up a dead Confederate soldier. The document is right next to him.

Chancellorsville: Secret Document
Chancellorsville's secret document is on the outside of the hut where you put the explosives in the ammo depot (on the left side of the opening).

Antietam: Secret Document
The secret document at Antietam is in the area where the soldiers are shooting at you by the tents (the area after the place with the buildings). There should be a path going off to the right into the woods. Eliminate the enemies in there and the document is at the end of the path.

Bull Run: Secret Document
The secret document in this level is close to where you have to take out the sniper. There is a fence on your right. Walk along it until you find an explosive barrel. Shoot the barrel FROM A DISTANCE. Go into the place the gap opens up. There should be a dead soldier there and the document is right next to him.

Shiloh: Secret Document
The secret document in Shiloh is in the area where you blow up the ammo barrels. There should be some tents right next to the woods on the left in that area. The document is in plain sight in the middle of them.

Fort Fisher: Secret Document
The secret document in Fort Fisher is in the bunker in the swamp. To get there, after going through the swamp for awhile, you should come to some ammo boxes. Go through the grass to the left, and keep going until you reach the bunker. Take out any enemies. The document is right inside the bunker on the right.

Selma: Secret Document
The secret document in Selma is located right after you get out of the third trench (the second-to-last trench before the woods) on the way to the woods. There should be some spiked fences and some barrels when you get out. The document is right next to the barrels.

Chattanooga: Secret Document
The secret document in Chattanooga is right at the beginning of the level. Turn around when the level begins. There should be some barrels and the document will be on top of it.

Gettysburg: Secret Document
The secret document in Gettysburg is right after you cross the river. Take out any enemies, but stay in the general area of the log piles. Right after you walk past the logs, turn left. There should be a clearing with a dead soldier. the document is right next to him.

Civil War Dead Eye Tip
Start a battle which you want the Dead Eye on, then snipe one enemy, just 1 single enemy in the head. After you snipe ONE enemy in the head, for the rest of the game, just melee your enemies with the RB button. At the end of the mission, your accuracy should be %100 and you should get the Dead Eye Achievement.
