Defeating Lord Gregoire
At first ignore Lord Gregoire and take out the archers with Prince Caspian using his bow and arrow (they don't carry shields.) This should be easy do the same with his surrounding guards. Use Peter to avoid Lord Gregoire's attacks so when his body turns a blue color take a chunk of his health. This should make it easy to defeat Lord Gregoire.
